Our Story
Residence property was established in 2018 to provide the small to medium sized developer within the Sydney real estate market with a dedicated sales team of leading international agents, with high success rates at reasonable cost of sale. Our agents come from diverse and time-tested backgrounds, many being leading agents at the likes of CBRE, Colliers International and Ausin Group. We believe in the agent, not the real estate agency brand. We as an agency integrate into the developers business, taking a dedicated and focused approach to selling. Our agents educate the buyer, allowing them to make an informed and confident decision. Our agency differs from the typical and conventional real estate agency model by implementing a focused marketing approach on the development brand and not the agency brand.

Alex Vrisakis – Director
Having been around property developments all his life, Alex brings the knowledge, experience and enthusiasm you should have in the person representing your next project. Alex has sold everything from mines to retirement villages, development sites and private islands. He understands the development process exceptionally and how to present an opportunity to buyers at both off the plan and newly completed stages of a project. Alex has a large network of contacts, which includes a number of financial planners that he puts forward suitable investment stock to. He has a masters degree in property development and evaluation from Bond University along with almost 15 years of experience.
Sean Dowling – Managing Director
Having launched his real estate career over eleven years ago, and specialising in off-the plan project marketing for nine of these years, Sean has successfully progressed from sales roles to senior management and leadership roles with some of the best known real estate organisations worldwide. His real estate career has been defined by commitment, drive and work ethic, underscored by personal transactions of more than $500 million in residential project sales.
